It sucks

Purchased it however results are not accurate I tested it over a period of two days on a flat non-carpeted surface. Does not represent my true and accurate weight. I contacted the seller to arrange a collection and refund explaining my reasons. For the last two days, I’ve been requesting a refund and instead, they persistently requested that I send them a video proving my issue. Ridiculous! As if I have time!

I requested the refund twice and they requested a video twice.

The seller is difficult to engage with and is refusing to refund. I’m forced to go through Amazon to action it. Avoid at all costs.
